Refund Policy

A simple baseline for refund requests involving Ungarelli Labs digital products.

Before purchase

Each product page and checkout must state the price, delivery format, billing model and any product-specific refund conditions. Review them before completing a purchase.

Requesting a refund

Send your request to support@ungarellilabs.com with the purchase email, product name, transaction reference and reason. Do not send card or banking credentials.

Review and processing

We review requests under the conditions shown at purchase and all mandatory rights under applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider; processing times depend on that provider and your financial institution.
